The final Result of VCI Election 202 is declared for the election of 11 members of Veterinary Council of India (VCI) under rule 20 of India Veterinary Council Rules, 1985 and its amendments. Total 92 candidates contested the election for 11 member of Veterinary Council of India (VCI). Dr Chirantan Kadian secured hightest number of votes, based on the counting of valid votes following 11 candidates are elected with their names arranged in decreasing order of the total votes secured by the candidates.

  6. DR ARUN T.R. (9331 Votes)
  7. DR PRADEEP KUMAR YADAV (9220 Votes)
  8. DR RAMESH R. (8755 Votes)
  9. DR KANTHARAJU L. (8576 Votes)
  10. DR VIJAY KUMAR JHA (8404 Votes)
  11. DR GURUCHARAN DATTA (8302 Votes)

The Central Government shall constitute Veterinary Council of India (VCI) in accordance with the IVC Act, 1984 with following objective: VCI to observe the purpose with great respect as stipulated in the said Act, and to frame such Regulations to fulfil the objectives of the Council. The Council shall consist of 27 members: 11 Elected, 14 Nominated and two Ex-officio members.
