- Having experience of handling sales & marketing teams
- Making marketing /product strategies ( short, medium & long term)
- Having track record of SALE TGT achievement & successful implementation of strategies (leadership qualities)
- Having vision/ foresightedness to create a sustainable Division
- Experience of Handling Key Customers & having his own customer base
- Technical knowledge related to poultry science
- Can introduce niche products/services adding value to the existing trends
- Knack of identification of new product/markets/people/partners and cracking these
- Should have entrepreneurial attitude to handle division independently
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: (CTC) upto 24 Lakh/Annum Variable profit share 2.60 Lakh/Annum depending upon performance
