Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar today organized a live webinar on the occasion of World Environment Day under the guidance of Vice-Chancellor of the University Dr. K.P. Singh. About 93 participants participated in the event.
Speaking on the occasion, the Vice-Chancellor said that the purpose of this webinar is to spread nationwide awareness among the scientists, students and citizens across the country at national level to pay attention towards food security and environmental health during COVID-19 epidemic.
Dr. Sridevi and Dr. Vimla Singh as Keynote Speakers expressed their views on Effects of Lockdown on ‘Environment and Health’ and ‘Food Security’ during Covid-19 epidemic.
Head of the College of Basic Sciences and Humanities Hisar, Dr. Rajvir Singh, also expressed his views on the occasion.
