Veterinary Officer (Assistant/ Deputy/ Senior Manager)

Education: B.V.Sc./ M.V.Sc.

Experience Description

1. Experience of providing healthcare services to dairy livestock, especially cattle & buffalo is a must.
2. Experience in rural areas preferred.
3. Experience in implementing healthcare/ breeding programs will be an added advantage.

Job Description

1. Deliver end to end veterinary healthcare services, like preventive, treatment, breeding, extension services, dairy farm management, etc. to dairy farmers.
2. Supervise team of Para-veterinary staff (LSS) to ensure service targets are met with stringent adherence to quality.
3. Basic management and customer/ end user relationship responsibilities along with veterinary healthcare duties.

Additional Requirement

1. Must be willing to relocate.
2. Must have a valid driving licence and motor cycle.
3. Basic level of competence with IT/ computers.
4. Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.

Compensation

1. INR 3,00,000 – 8,00,000 per annum
2. Performance Incentive, Annual Incentive, Field Visit Reimbursements, Hospitalization, Medical, Insurance, and other benefits.
3. Additional perks as according to employment grade.
4. Salary will not be a constraint for the deserving candidate.
